Possible to get 2 ListBox's to scroll together?

Hi,
I'm displaying a set of before and after lists in 2 listboxes, side by side.
When the displayed lines are greater than the height of the listboxes, what I could really use is one scrollbar that scrolls both at the same time, to keep the displayed lines in sync.
Is this do-able?
I can't see a property or event for this.

Why not use a multi-column listbox instead?
