Possible to e-mail worksheets instead of the whole workbook

Is it possible to use a macro in excel to e-mail specific sheets of a workbook? I am using the outlook 9.0 object library and here is what I have so far

ActiveWorkbook.SendMail Recipients:="test@test.com"

Because the worksheets are sensitive and are tailored to each e-mail account, I want to be able to send each sheet seperately. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't think it's possible, but I could be wrong. It wouldn't take much to move or copy the new sheet to a new workbook, then email the new workbook.
