Possible to Disable Minimize, Maximize, Close Buttons?

Hey gang,

We want to force our users to close our portal application via a logout button, and not the close button on the top of the browser. Is there anyway, in javascript, vb script, or whatever, to disable that close button? I know the maximize can be done with the window.open(blah, blah, resizable=yes) thing, but what about the minimize and close?
