Possible to dial into one modem to control multiple devices?

Is it possible, or do tey make such a modem, that you would use one phone line to call in to one modem, and then pick which device you would connect to? I have dialed into a modem and hypertermed one router, but what if I want to connect to two different ones? Do I have to purchase another modem and phone line?
