Possible to block domains?

Hi all, just a fairly simple question (probably), but I've not yet found the answer...

Is it possible to set something on Exchange 5.5 so that all messages from a particular domain are denied? I've kept track of all of the traffic from the domain in question, & so far there's not been a single worthwhile message.
