This is probably a really stupid question. Two users looking at the same database (linked tables), read-only. One sees all the contents of all the tables. The other has data missing in two fields in one (of many) tables. I say missing - the fields appear to be empty, exporting them produces a blank - but if you sort by either of those fields it comes up with the correct results in the correct order. Another peculiarity - these fields are blank only where the "real" data is a positive number (they are currency fields). Where they have not been completed (they are optional fields) they display "£0.00" without fuss.
There are other currency fields in this same table that display correctly.
My colleague thinks that I'm depriving her of this information deliberately.
We are accessing the same db over a network, in the same way, same OS etc.........
