Possible Latency Cisco 2960 switch

I'm having an issue with all our servers performing a "copy from" function at a location of ours and want to rule out any improper configuration in the switch before getting further into the servers. As the only thing these all have in common is that they are connected to the same switch.

Basically the issue is if I'm on server A and I do a Copy From server B to server A it is SLOW like something that should take about 1 min is taking 180 min.
now if I do the opposite get on server B and "copy to" server A from server B then it copies as it should.

Like I said the only thing I'm aware of is that these are all connected to the same switch.

Here is the config and the LACP config was recently put in and the issue existed before and still exist now after lacp configuration.

So anything that looks like it could be causing this or just improved? VLAN 12 would be our data vlan and vlan 115 is our IP phone network.

All these servers are directly connected to this switch so no routing is required.

Also if this is not the issue any recommendations on how I can further investigate this?

Two are teamed two are not. Again this problem existed before we created the team on the two that are now.

This problem exist with 4 servers all attached to this single switch.

Do the etherchannels show like they are working correctly ? Do a show etherchannel detail and check to see if the port channel is right on both. Seeing that the switch end is passive then the server end would have to be set as active to create the etherchannel correctly.

For the server there is no way to set if it is active or passive so I figured it is automatically active and to avoid possible looping that can(rare) occur I set the switch passive to avoid all issues.

Again though this is not just between these two etherchannels.

FYI ports 17-20 are for a ESX team using Port ID in ESX Teaming.

what are the NIC settings at? 100/full? auto/auto? The ESX should be at gig speed. your slowness could be that the 2960 wants to negotiate at gig speed but your servers just cant do it or set to auto/auto. have to config the switch ports to whatever the slow server is set at.
 
This is not a Gig switch for the 48 port copper. 10/100 only

ok...you should still look at what the server NIC is set at versus the switch (auto/auto). Hard code them both to 100/full and see what happens. that will interupt service
