possible data over ride / recordsets

If I have multiple recordsets in my database with the same name, and if I have two people using the exact same form at the exact same time, am I going to run into issues with data being overridden?

That depends on your version and what type of locking you are using

XP has row locking

2000 has record locking but that locks by the page so it can jam 2- 4 records either side of it

then you have to decide whether you want optimistic or pessimistic

after you've gone thru this little lot you can rely on access to lock out people a lot more if they don't have the front ends locally
