Possible data corruption

I ran Process last night on my dimensions and was running then creating columns before I left it. Now when I try to open AS it gives me this message:

Cannot open connection to Analysis server 'ServerName''.
Error in data [Possible data corruptio]"

Does this mean my database is corrupted or only the cubes/dimension in AS?

i ran dbcc checkdb on my database and didn't get any errors. Here's what I did before I ran Process:

I've added a new dimension - Region which had 4 levels: Territory, State, City and Zip. Added this dimension to my cube then processes it. This is when I left my computer running overnight.
