Since installing Norton Utilities 16 and Norton 360, Adobe Flash Player keeps crashing and/or freezing. I have installed the latest update directly from the Adobe web site, but I continue to have this problem. I have 4GB of RAM and over 250 GB of available hard drive space. What do I need to do to correct this problem?

Thanks
RBJ

When does Flash Player crash?? What are you doing at the moment it crashes. Do you get any error message?

If you go to the Flash Player test page, does it also crash?

Try a clean install of Flash first.

You may want to try adding an exception for Flash in Norton 360 to see if that helps, though this leaves your computer open. Do it for a short term test.

You might also uninstall Norton 360 and replace it (temporarily) with AVG Free or Microsoft Security Essentials to see if you still have the problem.
