Hi,

A user of a web application I'm working on is reporting that he intermittently is unable to close IE 6 (other than ending the task) when using the application. This happens on different PCs he is using, and it doesn't happen for other applications. Any suggestions for how one might diagnose the cause of this kind of problem?

I so far haven't been able to reproduce the problem myself, unfortunately.

thanks,

M

Break the application into modules and test each seperately

If you're talking about his having this problem on multiple computers in a networked environment and no one else is having the problem, it would appear to be a problem with this user's 'profile'. With him/her logged out, you might want to temporarily rename his/her
profile(s) [might be a copy on the local machine and network server, depending on your network configuration], have him/her login, then try it again.
