Possbile to add password to Arcserve 2000?

Hi there,

I use Windows 2000 server SP4 + Arcserve 2000.

we store our Tapes with an external firm for security perposes.

But actually the tapes with the data on it are unprotected. Is there a way to put a password on the tapes you need before you can read them ?

Has anybody done this?

In the job options there is the possibility to add a session password (check the 'backup media' option).
This should help you out.
