Positouch text file output

On Positouch, are we able to redirect the normal printer output to a text file. This is for testing operations on a virtual machine where no printers are physically installed, but we need to verify printer output.

If this is possible, how do I go about setting this up?

It does work with text inserting for cameras so I think that might be what you're looking for. Everything in POSitouch can be outputted to XML data, doesn't look exactly like a check though, easy enough to read.
