Hi all,
I have a potential customer that is an "orphaned" POSiTouch user. I know little or nothing about this system (or POSiTouch in general), and would usually turn this sort of business away. However, we were "highly recommended" by another customer of ours, so we figured we would try to help this guy out if possible.
Apparently, he has POS workstaion down, probably fried, and needs it replaced. Is there anyone out there who can tell us the critical configuration parameters for a front-of-house workstation?
General guidelines would even be cool.. I just want to see how complicated it is, so we aren't getting in WAY over our heads.
