PosiTouch or Squirrel

Looking at evaluating some systems. I have been well versed with Aloha and Micros restaurant POS.
While trying to gather a few other systems in the mix Positouch and Squirrel has been brought up. The system would need to be able to run Fine Dining, table management, enterprise, Hotel room interface (PMS), and export to a few other system interfaces.
Has anyone experienced Positouch or Squirrel, what are your thoughts?

Squirrel is the best for fine dining. It has been around since the 80's and has a host of features. It was totally rewritten in the late 90's and is one of the most stable software packages I've ever worked with. It càn interface with pms. Let me know if I can get you a demo set up.
