PosiTouch Missing Files

I am attempting to re-install PosiTouch on a new back office server and every time I try to view any panel in the setup, I get an 'error reading grid.sys' error. Anyone seen this error before?

that basically means that there is no database or that specific file is missing.

You do not have the backoffice mapped to the main machine (posdriver). Check the start in path and make sure you have the path mapped as this drive.
