Positouch credit card slips

I'm doing some work for a group of restaurants that are all using Positouch. The system was installed recently and is the lastest version (5.1, I believe). These restaurans had a micros installed previously and went back to positouch for various reasons but one of the things that they liked about the micros was that when they added a gratuity to a check, when the credit card slip was printed, the gratuity was automatically printed along with a line for "additional gratuity". They have asked me if there is anyway to add this functionality to the positouch system. I have been unable to find any configuration that would allow this, so I am guessing that a template needs to be changed, if it is possible at all.

Anyone else run into this problem, or have any ideas where to look within positouch?
