Has anyone ever written a positive verification script ?
By that I mean, based on the policies and their schedules, a bunch of client backups should have run last night. It's easy enough to list all the jobs that ran last night and see which ones died. But.....
suppose for example a certain policy was put on hold and multiple clients didn't get run. This would show up as a failed job cause it was never really run.
If I can get them to rename/reconfigure the policies/schedules here, I don't think it will be a big deal to get a positive-verification script but why bother if someone out there has already done it

There is a utility called "bpcoverage" that you can verify with.
