Positioning of dynamic menus when minimised

I've used fireworks to create some dynamic menus however when the browser is minimised the positioning is lost and the new layers appear "in space" - does anyone know what I have to do to rectify this problem?

Which browser are you using? Resizing should not give you a problem. But if it does, then try using frames (put your menu in a frame)
