In a ACM2.2 environment with conversant IVR's is it possible to have position in queue information relayed to queuing customers? We currently use estimated wait time provided by the dynaport IVR application, but it does not have PIQ functionality.
Avaya have suggested purchasing their Intelligent Callback application which has PIQ built in but that's a bit overkill as we have no desire for the callback functionality.
Is anyone aware of any alternatives which would allow PIQ functionality? Thanks
