I have aloha pos quick service program. I have four terminals and currently my system is offline because my internet is down. Because of this I had to make one of my terminals the master server. The issue is that the terminals are not communicating with one another and not reading them as the master terminal. Therefore the only way to get the terminals to work was by making them all master terminals. So now all of my terminals say master terminal and are not communicating w one another. How do I fix this problem?? I am also nervous for what is going to happen once I get back online. Help please!

First off, it sounds like you may have a bad switch if you have one. your terminals should all connect to a switch so they can communicate with each other along with the back office server. If you made each terminal master server, you will need to recover them prior to opening business so that you do not lose any data for that day of business. Each terminal will run it's own end of day and you will need to merge those sales data together from each terminal to make one dated sub.
