POS Systems Tech Support Needed on-site 2

HI I am looking for someone in MA that can help me with my POS network. I need to add and remove Items and 0 balances I am being charge way too much from Micros to have a tech on-site and supposedly to re-license. I bought the business with all and license. Need help please reply if you know of a tech that can come down and train me on how to use the system and also to modify things around. Thanks

I know of a former Micros guy that is off doing his thing. He lives in Md. he could probably do a PCA or Webex session with you using paypal or something of he sort.
