POS register printing to screen and printer

I have an older MAS90 system. The 8 port digi board connects our registers for the POS. When one port went bad on the digiboard I switch the port and now when I ring a sale at the register it prints on the screen and the reciept printer a Star 300. I know it's an easy fix but I can't remember if it is in UNIX or MAS90.
