I HAVE 1 POS THAT SAYS LOOKING FOR FILE SERVER. I LOOK IN THE FILE SERVER FOR THE EXITING FILE IN THE TMP FOLDER BUT IS NOT THERE, LOOK IN ALL TERM AND NOTHING. I READ SOME POST HERE BUT STILL HAVING THIS ISSUE. ANY HELP!

So many possible reasons. Ctlsvr not runnning, firewall on, Server name mismatch. If you need direct help go to the reddit forum for Aloha support
