I am having a problem with the Hightower Point of Sale module for MAS 200 using Terminal services.
MAS V. 4.1.10.7
PoS is the latest released service pack.
The Point of Sale module drops away sometimes when a sale is completed. This only happens with the Terminal Services clients and it does not happen with every sale.
We have some stores that connect through frame relay and the rest have broadband/VPN tunnels. This happens regardless of the type of connection.
I have checked user preferences and everything seems to be fine. All machines are up to date with all of their windows patches.
Hightower says they do not support Point of Sale for Terminal Services, only Citrix. Any insights or help would be greatly appreciated.
