I am working on a IP Office as Confernce Center installation behind a Definity. The customer has the VMPro server and IP Office on the internal network and the Conf Center on a web server with firewall in between. I am getting an error when trying to create a conference, indicating the IP office link is not established. My licenses are valid, I've checked, double-checked and triple-checked my IP addresses, and I've re-started the service on the Conf Center server over and over.

What ports should be open on the firewall? The install doc just says

To allow external access to Conferencing Center's Web Client, the web server must be made accessible either by placing it outside your firewall or enabling a path through the firewall.

and

Note: Conferencing Center installs by default to port 80 to communicate with the web server and to port 25 for email.

any help greatly appreciated!
