Ports not releasing

Hi I have a merlin messaging r2.0
it seems the vm ports lock up through AA and co lines
any guess?

If you've got LS lines, make that LS Disconnect is set to Yes. When you say that the ports are locking up, I assume you mean that the trunks are not releasing upon disconnect. Are you diagnosing this by the fact that the operator is getting timeout calls with no caller on the end of the line?

All leds on the voice mail stay lit and no others are able to access the AA. until reset
All other calls are ring / na

Are you certain that a caller is not listening to the AA while the LED's are lit Red before you reset?
