Hi
Im about to put my new EK2 on my DMZ nad i want to know what ports should be open between my internal net and the EK2 and what ports to the public net.

I have realised that Exchange use a wide range of high ports, but is there a way to set a specific port?

I got this info:
The following ports need to open in the firewall:

External (Everyone)> DMZ (11.0.0.2)
Tcp - 80:443

DMZ < Internal (10.0.0.2)
Tcp - 53:80:123:135:389:445:691:1026:3268:1024-65585
Udp – 53:88:389

DMZ > Internal (10.0.0.0/23)
Tcp – 80:443

Explanation port numbers:
• DNS TCP, UDP 53
• HTTP TCP 80
• RPC EP Mapper TCP 135
• KERBEROS TCP UDP 88
• LDAP TCP UDP 389
• NETLOGON TCP 445
• DSAccess (GC) TCP 3268
• TCP High Ports TCP 1024+
