When I am creating a report itself can I define it as a landscape or a portrait??

The standard report I am using to customise is in a landscape format and I need the report in a portrait. Each time i'm printing the report I have to change it to portrait and also the format is getting all messed up.

You can set this by using File>>Printer Setup and setting whatever you need for the printer settings. This will set the rulers and other specs within CR while you are developing as well.
