Portlet Deployment message

Hi

I am new to portlet designing. I have just build my first "Hello world" portlet, using IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer.

When I come to deploy it.
ie File/New/Other/Server and Server Configuration

Windoe popup, display message with red cross,
"The folder must not be in a closed project"
and doesn't let me go forward.

My project is open.

Please could you help me to solve this problem.
