Porting NDIS driver from NT to Win2000

Hi .. I have a NDIS driver written for NT {by my colleague} and I have to port it to Win2000. How different are they {NT and Win2000}. What problems can I expect ?

What do I need to take into account when porting. Can anyone give suggestions/help or links to useful sites ? Thanks very much in advance.
