When clicking outside of any field inside a portal (in browse mode)that contains a .jpg the record is highlighted and the jpg shows as a negative. Its only temporary and corrects itself when another field is selected.

Any way to not make this happen?

One other question. In the same portal I have it set to view 3 records with a scroll bar. I can't make the scrollbar show up until you click on the area where the scorllbar is. How can I change the color of the scrollbar only or make it show up all the time?

Thanks.

in short=NO...that is just how FM behaves....
u CAN make a work-arround where u can place a transparent button over entire layout and run a sciprt on-click that will simply jump/select to another field....if it is of importance.

-in design/layout view selcet the portal and use the 2 color pallets on the left to assign bacground color and border just like on any other field...on portal properties make sure u have "show sroll bar" checked
All the best!

Thanks. The transparent button works like a champ. The scroll bar was colored correctly. It was a stupid mistake. The portal wasn't sized large enough to hold the scroll bar.

Thanks again.

great, keep it up!
:)

All the best!
