Portal Server: Maintain navigation bar to other dashboards

Does anyone know how to get SPS to draw the top Navigation Bar (Home, Applications, Departments, Categories, Documents, Search, etc) all the time? Right now, if I go deep enough into a dashboard, it won't draw up the navigation bar anymore. It will just show the workspaces available but no nav bar.

I understand your question and I too had this problem.
One thing I suggest is checking in all documents into the documents sections. This was you're not just using a .html file or a .doc file and linking to it fromthe server. The SP server uses the .html (or whatever file) in the sub-ashboard view.
This was you'll have the nav bar functionality and still have whatever webparts you setup.
