I have a BCM 400 Rls 4.0 and I am trying to allow my Soft phone/IP i2002 to work remotely.I have successfully gotten the soft phone to connect to the BCM,however I am not getting any audio.Does anyone know which ports needs to be open on my firewall.I have open port 5000 tcp/udp and 7000.

A Nortel IP telephone uses ports between 51000 and 51200 to communicate with the system.
The system, by default, uses ports 28000 to 28255 to transmit VoIP packets.
