Port TCP/UDP 1075 RDRMSHC

Probably doesn't matter. The port was registered by Fujitsu for RDRMSHC, whatever that is. Quite possible that it servered some purpose (or even just a proposed purpose) at some point, but isn't even used anymore. Reasonably safe to say it was related to Fujitsu hardware and if you don't have any, you aren't using RDRMSHC, whatever it may be.
Just because it is registered doesn't mean that someone else can't use it for something else. It will work just fine.

Trillian is legit, chat client that operates with several different chat servers including Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, etc. If I'm not mistaken, also has the ability to act as a chat server, could be what you're seeing.
