I can't figure out how to set up port spanning on my SSII 3900 24-port. It's running system software 3.0.5-7. Is this even possible with this switch?

Thanks in advance

G'day AdminGreg,
Port Span on 3Com is called RAP (Roving Analysis Port). It is accessed through the command line (really a menu driven interface) through "feature"; "rovingAnalysis"; "add" is then used to configure the RAP port.
You'll have to see if this level of functionality is available with your version of code.
Cheers, Kirby.
