Port security

I have a mitel IP PHONE that is connected to cisco switch(catalyst 3750G series) and a computer system is connected to the ip phone .I have been trying to configure port security on CISCO catalyst3750G series POE 24PORT switch but its not working...what could be the problem

If you really want anyone to help you, you will need to be a bit more specific than "its not working".

ok....it supposes to shutdown if any other users try to connect to the port...but it does not shutdown...what could be d problem
