port number restriction of listener

Hi,

we have oracle 9i running on aix 5.1 and i just want to know is there any way through which i can restrict some of the users to access my listener port number.For e.g. our listener for one of the instace runs on port number 1541 and if i want to restrict some users using there mac address to use that particular number.is there any way through which i can restrict the users by mac address.
