Hi
How will know the port number of the particular unix process?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
look in /etc/services ...

you can check the correspondance of the ports to /etc/inetd.conf (this is for processes that go through inetd ...)

if it's a user run process, you will have to look at the help/configuration files for help ...
