Port forwarding on a BEFVP41

I am having some issues setting up port forwarding on a linksys router model number BEFVP41.

I need to setup the port forwarding in this router so clients can access our WebWay application for dropping proofs to our art depts.

I can set the port forwarding in the router, but I can not seem to get to the router from outside of the office. I have the right WAN address and port number, but I get a “page not found” when I try and see it from home.

Is there a good port forwarding walk thru so I can double check everything, or is there some switch that I missed?
