Port Error MCK 6000

I have an MCK Gateway 6000 connected to an Avaya Definity that has just recently been giving me a strange port error.
PORT ERROR: 7)Rx Sig buff 5 full, discard 5 (e3 fc). It sure looks like there is a buffer full but other than that, I don't know where to go from here. Unfortunately I am not on site with the MCK so I can't check the physical connections to the Definity. The unit has been running for a long time so I know it's not a configuration issue, or at least I don't believe it to be. Any thoughts?

Easiest thing to do would be a reset, that usually fixes issues like that. You may need to reset both ends. Is the phone on port 7 having problems? Try running the optimize at both ends.
 
A reset did resolve the issue. The people in the office using the phones are not bright at all either so the reset was the easiest thing to do. Thanks!
