Port disabled

I am getting "Access to this port number has been disabled for security reasons." from Netscape 7. How do I open it?

Are you on a network (home or office)?

Do you have a software firewall installed locally (i.e. Zonealarm, Norton Internet Security, Sygate, etc)?

What kind of connection do you have?

How long have you had this problem?

Office, yes, large bandwidth(?) and there is no problem.
IE loads the page, NS doesn't. I loaded NS7 on my system for testing purposes and I am looking for the way to open the ports in NS.
