I have a Cisco 6500 with s222-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-18.SXF17.bin code. I am trying connect 3750G's in a stack and bond two gig interfaces together. Additionally I am using dot1q trunks on the gig interfaces. The 6509 card I am connecting to is ws-x-6416-GE-MT. PVST spanning tree on both. The problem is when I bond these channels together with the port channels commands I loose both thrunks. Is this blade cabable of supporting this channel group? I have done the same command on Copper gig ports and it works fine.
Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks
V

You would have to post both sides of the config to see what is going on . As long as both sides have equal characteristics , ie speed/duplex etcc it should work .

If it tries and establish the trunk and gets an error, like mismatches as Viper mentions, it will put the ports into err-disable, and you may have to clear that. Like Viper says, post a sh run from the 6509 and the 3750 trunked to it.
