Port already in use error

i`m using jbuilder with websphere as a development environment for EJB with struts framework.when i try to run the server from jbuilder i got the following error..

" ServletEngine X SRVE0146E: Failed to Start Transport. The most likely cause is that the port is already in use. Please ensure that no other applications are using this port and restart the server. com.ibm.servlet.engine.TransportException: Failed to start transport http: java.net.BindException: Address in use: bind "

actually there is no port is opened and i try to change the port no in the ' server-cfg.xml ' file also,but it`s not working !!
i like to know the solution as soon as possible.thanks in advance.

I am not sure this is the right answer but it is worth of try."javaw.exe" program sometimes continues to work after you quit websphere.This might occur such a problem. Salih Sipahi
