Port 80

When I create a web page and try to save it, I get a message that I'm not connected to port 80 and the page won't save. The only way I can save it is to be connected to my ISP. I have AOL...so staying connected is a problem, therefore, I spend a lot of time re-creating pages. Help! Please!
