port 80 is closed

My website was working fine yesterday. todays it is not working. I ran port test port 80 is close. I called ISP they say we are not blocking port 80. I do not have any firewal I also took out the router, but still it is closed , i do not know what is going on?

Maybe your web server isn't working? Just a guess.
