Port 417 woes

I'm trying to set up rule to allow for MeetingMaker server, which uses port 417 to retrieve the server list. I have a rule to allow TCP, port 417, both directions. But the MeetingMaker server doesn't show up. If I make another rule to allow all TCP on all ports in both directions it show up and works fine. I just talked to the MeetingMaker tech support and the only port it uses for finding the server is port 417. What's the deal?
