popup : Norton antivirus failed to scan an attachment in a message

Hi i have Norton antivirus for exchange installed onto my exchange server. When one of the client open a email with virus, i have this pop up on my exchange server saying popup : Norton antivirus failed to scan an attachment in a message. Can anyone tell me what happen and how to resolve this? Thank a million
