PopUp/Modal Yes: want to minimize application, but leave form open

I have a form with both PopUp and Modal set to Yes. I have removed the Control Box from the form. I don't want the user to leave the form without some integrity checking performed in code.

The problem is, the user also cannot minimize Access without completing entry and closing the form. Sometimes, it is necessary for the user to leave the application to use another tool.

Does anyone know of a way to allow Access to be minimized while a form is open with PopUp and Modal set to Yes?

How about just selecting the other application they need by using the Alt+Tab keys? From the other app, they should be able to select Access again from the taskbar, and be back where they started.
