I am wondering how to remove a users ability to send messages using Novell's popup messaging. I made the mistake of messaging a user this way and not she will not stop messaging me. HELP!!!!

You could disable this feature (and others) in the client properties. Unless she goes into network settings, she wouldnt know where to re-enable it.
